How to get here

Part of Mike’s Camp’s amazing tranquility comes from it’s remoteness, but it doesn’t mean getting here has to be a pain! There are several flights a day to the nearest airport on Manda Island (code LAU), from there a quick speedboat to Kiwayu, standard charge is $200 each way for our small speed boat (approx. 6 pax + luggage) or $300 each way for the big boat (approx 10 pax + luggage).

Or perhaps a serene dhow sail for the same price? This this takes 6 hours and is dependent on winds and tides so please enquire for details.

It’s also possible to charter a plane (or fly your own!) to Kiwayu Airstrip (code KWY).
